Parker was one of the first 2 children to move into Shepherd's Field Children's Village. He has had one heart surgery and will be needing another one soon. He is very weak physically, but has a strong personality.
He loves playing with toys, but doesn't really like to share! His smile is a blessing and it seems to bring joy to anyone who is around him.
