Teams Can Be The Change

Plan a Life Changing Team Visit

Team visits are on hold until the coronavirus situation is resolved

Visiting Shepherd’s Field as part of a team is a life changing experience. With housing available on-site, visiting teams provide helping hands to complete projects in maintaining our grounds, cleaning, sorting, and of course, interacting with our children. Transportation? Tours? Teams are welcome any time of the year, but must be arranged with guest relations. It takes a lot of planning to put together a great team experience. To help you plan, we asked a long-time friend of PHF (he has led more than 20 teams to our campus!) to share his team planning guide. To download this valuable guide or for more information, contact us.  When you are ready, submit a Team Application. Come join the fun!

Joni And Friends Team Visit

A Special Visit from Joni & Friends Team

A team from ‘Joni and Friends’ with both returning and new friends, helped make Angel Baby Camp extra special. Wednesday afternoon, after a morning of crafts and indoor games, the children were treated to a “State Fair” experience. Our outreach center was filled with activity and laughter as the children ran from station to station, playing classic fair games such as ‘Ring Toss” and “Fishing Pond” as well as some new favorites like “Jump It Out” and “Doctor for a Day” stations. For each game, the children were rewarded with tickets which were then able to be used in our very own prize shop.  What a joy for everyone!

The team from Joni and Friends showed deep love and acceptance to the kids and their families attending the Angel Baby Camp. This love fosters hope – and changes lives.  Contact us and find out how you and your team can Be The Change!

Concordia University — Irvine

Team Visits Great Wall

The Around the World Team from Concordia University – Irvine worked hard at getting our new beds built and into the newly renovated houses for the kids. Besides building beds and moving furniture, the 40 member team worked in the greenhouse and gardens and even had time to help with the Second PHF Special Olympics!

With classes every morning in our Vocational Training Center and projects in the afternoon, this team blessed us with enthusiasm along with hard work.  Thank you, Around the World Team and Concordia University – Irvine!
